  • 1 beef broth (14.5 can)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup brown rice (or uncooked long grain white, I've tried and like both)

    Turned out good, easy steps to follow I will make again. The rice soaked up a lot of the broth so I would just add more as I warmed it. You can leave it as is and it’s more like a chili still delicious just not soupy

    The soup is quite good. I added some cumin and Greek seasoning to it. I would make it again. I make corn bread to go with soups usually since we like it better than crackers.
