- 4 portobello mushroom caps (large)
- 3 oz. fat free feta cheese
- garlic cloves
- salt
- 10 oz. frozen spinach

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cook spinach in microwave.
- Mix spinach, garlic, salt and pepper together.
- Put mushrooms in a baking dish, add spinach mix to each.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Cook veggie meat on the stove.
- Add feta and veggie meat to mushrooms. Bake for 20 minutes.
