Directions
- Preheat the oven to 360F.
- Carefully stem the mushrooms. Place the mushroom tops on a baking sheet. Pierce them lightly with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the stems and fry in a pan with a little bit of oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook until golden. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
