    Really good, a few modifications of course. Recommend the recipe use weight of pasta, not count as pasta is measured by weight. Easy to make ahead, but also for those without precooked chicken on hand go for a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket. Also, was surprised by no corn in the recipe, I kept double/triple checking to make sure that was right. Two cans of black beans wouldn’t be overkill and more extra sharp cheddar is that much better.
