I really wish I could edit the recipe. Two ingredients in the instructions that aren't in the ingredients are red bell peppers, and green chiles.
Changes I made due to my availability of ingredients:
-green bell pepper (instead of red)
-no chiles
-no tomatoes
-red kidney beans (instead of black)
-no chili powder
-Monterey jack (instead of unspecified Daiya cheese)--layered throughout instead of just on top so that I keep getting cheese throughout
-added red pepper flakes
-added curry powder
My changes came out really good.
I'm annoyed with the recipe directions because if you're going to do an obviously sponsored post, you could at least do the most basic of editing, like making sure your ingredient list is complete, and that all pictures you say are there, actually are.
