Due to my picky fiance and not enough time to go to the store... i mixed the hamburger with garlic powder, lawrys seasoning, basil, salt and pepper with the egg. i then just stuffed cheese in the middle for a simple meal. served with the rice sides.

we really enjoyed them, the only difference i made, I put the mixture in the middle and grilled the hamburgers. They turned out real well.

This is a great recipe and technique- I stuffed my burger with chopped pepperoni, cubed mozzarella and roasted garlic.
