- 1/2 cup water chestnuts (1/3 –, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock (12oz, 360ml)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (corn flour, maizena)
- 1/3 cup quick cooking brown rice (2.2oz, 65gr)
- 2/3 cup beef stock (5oz, 150ml, or stock and water mixed, check your package for correct quantity)
