First off, I may be a little bias on this one because stuffed bell pepper wasmy favorite dish that my mom would make when I was growing up. Didn't have green onion so I used yellow onion instead. Used mozzerella & cheddar cheese and also added a small tin of tomato sauce. Tip: put your bell peppers in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water in the microwave for about 9 minutes intead of boiling water to soften bell peppers. We loved these!!! Even my (picky eater) daughter! Did have enough of the meat mixture to do another bell pepper (maybe even 2) so I will be using the leftovers to make enchiladas or quesadillas tomorrow. Best recipe I've found yet on this ap.

Really good. Grilled it in the grill for 35 minutes. Didn’t precook in boiling water. Used sharp cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella.

This turned out good. Not looking to make it again because it just wasn’t a great meal

This recipe was better than the last one I made. boiling the peppers fist was an improvement as it softened the peppers a bit. I used an ice cream scoop to mound the filling into the peppers which worked well.

Very yummy. I wound up making for 6 servings to have leftovers. Took a star off because apparently the bell peppers the recipe calls for are monstrous as I ended up with a lot of extra filling but no bell pepper. C’est la vie; I’ll use it for burritos as I saw suggested in another review. I will spice it more next time but it is four year old approved so I’ll just divide his out before spicing the rest.

Very good. Made as a side dish so did not add beef and used small peppers still great. Lots of seasoning and cheese. Added a little juice from tomatoes into baked dish to keep everything moist.

I make these SO often! I use ground turkey instead and add Tony Chachere’s and use Jalapeno Havarti cheese to top them! I am addicted! Lol so yummy!!! Its good the let the mixture simmer some before stuffing the bell peppers if you have time! Also red bellpepper are sweet and add a nice flavor! I use red and green!

Great flavor! I love the spices she uses. It could use tomato sauce in addition to the diced tomatoes. Also, I used a Parmesan cheese blend instead of mozzarella, which added good flavor.

Great dish. I really enjoyed making it and eating it. Something about this dish is different from the rest of other stuff Bellpepper's recipes
