- 3 potatoes (medium)
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup salami (chopped)
- 2 cups cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. butter
- salt
- ground black pepper
- cheese slices (extra, cheese)

Directions
- Cover the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake them in an oven or grill for 30 to 40 minutes or until soft.
- Let the potato cool. Remove the top layer lengthwise and scoop out a small amount of the inside of the potato with a spoon.
- Place the potato that has been scooped out into a bowl. Mash the potato with onions, salami, grated cheese, and butter. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Fill the potatoes with this mixture and place the slices of cheese onto the potato.
- Put the potatoes on a baking tray and place the tray in the oven for up to 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
