So so good. Instead of Italian sausage I used ground turkey that I seasoned to taste like Italian sausage.

Loved this dish. Next time I make this I may fork holes into the squash itself to get the olive oil/salt/pepper to seep in more as when I was eating it the squash was a tad dry and bland. But overall it was delicious!

Great recipe. Added some extra apple and it was a hit. Cooked the squash on our Traeger instead of the oven.

Loved this recipe! I would suggest mixing some of the squash into the stuffing before the second bake to incorporate it a little better, but this was definitely a winner

Excellent my family really liked the stuffing. It have added value to the squash. May actually make this stuffing recipe for the turkey at Thanksgiving.

very tasty. i also substituted dried cranberries for the celery and thought it added good flavor. i could have done without the crumble on top.

Excellent. I used TVP Italian Sausage, dried cranberries and peaches rather than the apple and celery and it was quite yummy

Squash was a little bland. Also subbed TVP meat for sausage—would’ve been better with sausage.
