- 1 lb. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup serrano peppers (chopped pickled, Substitutions available)
- pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse spinach; drain well. Squeeze out all remaining water by hand.
- 2 Mix cream cheese, peppers, garlic, salt & pepper and heavy whipping cream with spinach in large bowl.
- 3 Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until dish is heated through and bubbly. Serve hot.
