- 6 cups kale leaves (freshly torn, with coarse stems and ribs removed)
- 1 Hass avocado (medium/large ripe, peeled, pitted and sliced thinly)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh, halved)
- 2 cups strawberries (whole with tops off, frozen okay and it's what I used)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. honey (or to taste, agave may be substituted to keep vegan)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion (optional)
