- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. white chocolate (finely, chopped, I just used the Baker’s squares and broke them in half)
- 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups whipping cream (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- red food coloring
