Absolutely fantastic! Don’t freak out about the way you’re supposed to cut the oranges. It only takes a couple of minutes to do one orange. I think we have a new go-to summer dessert.

Fantastic recipe. I swapped out the oranges for tangerines and used less sugar/lemon juice and it came out perfect.

It was fresh and just perfectly and subtly flavored with lemon and mint. Was the perfect ending to a light fresh meal
