- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (vanilla, or ½ teaspoon sea salt and the seeds from ¼ of a vanilla pod)
- 200 grams strawberries (washed, hulled and quartered)
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 4 slices rye bread (thin)
- plain greek yogurt (you can also use honey or strawberry flavored Greek yougurt for a sweeter taste, for topping)
- almond flakes (for topping)
