Was ok. I split the flour 1/2 white and 1/2 wheat still turned out moist and spongy doesn’t need a full cup of sugar either the strawberries add the extra sweetness although we also liked them with just a small amount of butter and no strawberries made a great breakfast “scone”. Overall very tasty.
