This was great! Remember to let cool before you cut into it though, also if you like super sweet pies this one may not be your favorite This is actually better the next day when the custard has set. I did not follow 100% of the recipe because I didn’t have equal parts rhubarb or strawberry. I just used what I had and mix them together. I also did not have strawberry jam but I did have grape and I used that. It was great and my husband was extremely happy and had seconds.

Wonderful. My mother use to make this pie. My whole family loves it.
Also it is so easy to make.
