This was by far one of the best cheesecakes I have ever made and I’ve made quiet a few. My son just started uncontrollably giggling when he took his first bit. It’s that good! But make sure to let it set in cool - cold conditions for several hrs to over night as it gets creamer and a better creamy consistency the longer it cools.
