- 1 cake (recipe of "Secret Agent Brownie, " from the book Trim Healthy Mama, made with the following tweaks:)
- great northern beans (instead of black beans)
- 1/2 cup egg whites (this is a personal preference as I find it gives the cake a less eggy consistency)
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa (with oat fiber, if you don't have oat fiber, I would suggest substituting with protein powder or almond flour; use gluten free if necessary)
- 2.5 oz. cream cheese (instead of ricotta cheese.)
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped fresh)
- 0.25 oz. unflavored gelatin (powdered, 1 envelope, such as Knox brand)
- 2.5 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- sweetener (to taste, I prefer THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp. imitation vanilla flavoring
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened, to be added the next day)
