Pretty good for a paleo muffin. Took away one star because recipe said it would make 9 muffins but I ended up with enough batter to make 13 muffins. Which is great, but I had to scramble to find extra pans and silicone cups. Also it said to fill the 3/4 full but if I had they would have been tiny. Filled them all the way and they barely rose at all. I have done a lot of paleo baking so I knew they would not over flow. I also added a few more strawberries to make a better ratio.
Otherwise pretty decent muffins.
