Didn't have baking soda so it didn't rise much. But I added 1/4 cup bran and only used 3/4 cup oats as well as adding 1/8 C flax seeds and a tablespoon of lemon juice and lemon zest. My toddler loves it and so do i! Makes for a good and healthy sweet snack!
