I had to substitute cream of tartar for the baking powder but they came out delicious

I substituted the conola oil with applesauce just because I only had vegetable & olive oil. Turned out great! Very moist, with a nice crunchy top.

Very moist and bouncy. I added about a 1/2-1 cup of strawberries extra and a extra 1/3 of milk and some vanilla extract

muffins were okay - not very sweet. i used unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk. Not sure if that's why they were a little dense.
