They came out moist and tasty! They may not be mouth watering but since they’re made with healthier ingredients, I think they’re pretty good!

Fairly bland but reasonably healthy as far as muffins go. Easy to make. My toddlers liked them so that is a plus. The estimated yield of muffins was spot on. I made a half batch and ended up getting exactly 18 mini muffins out of the batter.

LOVED these~ super moist and scrumptious. I subbed coconut flour and gluten-free flour for the wheat flour, which made me add additional egg whites, vanilla, and applesauce. Totally worth it.

They just turned out ok. I didn't use the applesauce since I had super ripe strawberries and added more of that. The kids and I thought the taste was just a little off.

They didn't quite turn out like the pic. They were chunkier and I had to add a bit of water for there to be enough wet ingredients to cover the dry ones, probably because I used 1/2 stevia for the sugar.
Over all, though, very tasty!

It turned out great although I didn't have the mini muffin tin, so I filled them half way. Also the first time I bit into it it tasted "ahem, well okay " then it's like "I WANT MORE" so yeah it was good.

It was really easy and fun to make! It made way more than 30, though (which isn't bad of course). 15 minutes was the perfect amount of time in the oven and it resulted in a nice golden brown. I added just a little bit of vanilla also. Will definitely make again!

This was fresh and tasty. Healthy ingredient options was great! I loved the flavor, especially warm out of the oven. Used splenda as the sweetener.

I live in Japan and miss American food. So I make it for myself time to time. The email's pictures reminds me and also teches me great recipes so I don't have to miss the taste! I am so thankful about that.
