Description
It's Pi day, so of course the math nerd in me had the desire to make pie! I haven't actually made pie before but I decided to try my hand & it came out pretty damn good. It did help that I bought pre-made piecrust though. I would have preferred to use fresh fruits but it's March & ripe mangos are hard to come by.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries (frozen are fine)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees.
- In a bowl mix the flour, agave nectar, and toffee chocolate syrup together. Add the mangos & strawberries into the mixture. Let this sit for about 5 minutes.
- Scoop this into pie crust. I chose to cut out the Pi symbol to appease my inner nerd =) You can either cover this with a thin layer of piecrust, graham cracker crumbs or lattice piecrust.
- Stick in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. I left mine a little longer & the piecrust corner got a little more crispy than I'd like.
