- 5 oz. egg whites (it’s better to have slightly more than 5 ounces than slightly less)
- 2.5 oz. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. rose (flower water, found at Williams Sonoma)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 drop gel food coloring (pink)
- 6 oz. heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean
- 10 oz. white chocolate (good quality)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
