This recipe was really easy to make. I made two pies instead of one, and for the second I substituted chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. I didn't give this recipe five stars because there ends up being too much of the gelatin mixture. I doubled it, obviously for two pies, and after covering both (and maybe adding too much to one of the pies) I still had plenty left over. Don't make quite as much as suggested, maybe dial it back a quarter amount.
