I’ve made this recipe several times, and I’ve even adapted it for other fruits as well. It’s a personal favorite, and always gets rave reviews at family gatherings. One thing I’d suggest to others is substitute the vanilla with the scrapings of one vanilla bean. It is amazing!

I made the cream cheese and strawberry portion and got "real" good from my mom which means nirvana from anyone else! Put it on a shortbread crust and topped it with a dollop of whipped cream. It was Yum!
