    This cobbler recipe was very easy make and and turned out delicious!Rather than using one large baking dish I made it in 3 smaller glass dishes. This gave me the ability to easily store and share with others. I served it with a small side of vanilla ice cream which I found balanced the slightly tart flavor of the fruit filling. I’m sure that I will make this cobbler many more times in the future. Yum!
