- kiwis (Fresh)
- ripe banana (Frozen)
- frozen strawberries
- coconut milk (Plant milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, or soy milk)
- plain yogurt (Plant-based)
- lemon juice
- 2 kiwis (medium-sized, peeled)
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 ripe banana (better if frozen)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened or coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (plant-based, or coconut or vanilla flavored yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (to bring up strawberries flavor)
- 3 ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
- 1 Tbsp. agave syrup (optional if not using ripe banana and kiwi)
- 1 scoop protein powder (clean, instead of the yogurt)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds (or 5 almonds to add healthy fats and antioxidants)
