    Very tasty. Although I couldn't really discern the balsamic or thyme. Think I'll try a bit more of both on the next batch.

    Very good. Very, very good. I had trouble skimming the foam from the jam, other than that it was very easy to make. It turns out to have a deep red color and I think the balsamic vinegar and thyme just intensify the strawberry taste.I won't make strawberry jam any other way from now on.
