I used cold chicken breast as I already had one cooked. Came out great. Omitted pecans as I don’t care for them.

Delicious meal with a good mixture of tastes!! We did put in a little bit more avocado than the recipe said, but maybe that's just because we like avocado ;)

Very tasty and easy to make. Great for a quick meal! I especially enjoyed the warm balsamic dressing.

This is a super fast, delicious, and healthy lunch or dinner option! I loved how the onion and strawberries where cooked giving the salad different textures. The balsamic being warm was also a nice touch!
