- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I used Whey Gourmet Naturelle Vanilla sweetened with stevia)
- 1 Tbsp. milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry jam (try and use a lower sugar or double-fruit kind with 5 g sugar per 1 Tbsp)
