    I did add a little bit more butter when I was whipping the sweet potatoes. I loved them. They reminded me of pecan pie, sooooo good!

    This was tasty. We made a half batch and could have cut down on the pecans, as they added a lot of crunch and I prefer my mashed sweet potatoes to be smooth
