It was ok. I had to add a few things for flavor like chopped spinach, scallions, and lite salt and pepper. I used brown rice so I didn’t cook the chicken all the way through before adding the additional items to insure it wasn’t over cooked. I think I would make it again when I’m looking for something different for dinner.
