- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 12 oz. stout

Directions
- Place heavy cream in blender. Sift cocoa powder and confectioners sugar over cream. Process on speed 3 (mix) 30 seconds, until just beginning to thicken and get foamy.
- Scoop ice cream into 2 glasses. Pour stout into each glass. Top with Chocolate Foam and serve immediately.
