    Good but chickened out on the homemade udon noodles

    Very basic recipe. Not bad but lacks of character.

    Very good. A couple of ingredients I didn't have on hand, so I substitute it. Instead of sesame oil, I used sesame seeds. I used green cabbage instead of nappa cabbage. I added a little Korean beef stock.
