- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin (cut into thin strips)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms (or white mushrooms, sliced)
- 1 sweet onion (large, cut into thin wedges)
- 1/8 strip carrots

Directions
- In medium bowl, blend soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger. Add pork; toss to coat.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons Promise® Buttery Spread over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, carrots and onion, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove vegetables to serving platter.
- In same skillet, melt remaining tablespoon Spread over high heat and cook pork, stirring frequently, 4 minutes or until done. Arrange on vegetables. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions.
