- 6 bunches pickled string beans (Sichuan style, they are also available in Chinese grocery store if you don’t have any homemade ones)
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 10 chili peppers (pickled)
- 8 chili pepper (dried, I use them for flavors. Skip if you are not into spicy food)
- 2 garlic (gloves of)
- 1 piece pickled ginger
- 1 tsp. Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cooking wine (rice)
- salt (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
