- 1 head broccoli (cut into small florest)
- 1 cup baby carrots (cut into quarters lengthwise)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced, whatever kind you like)
- 1 cup pea pods (whole or cut in 1/2)
- 1/2 medium zucchini (cut in 1/2 lengthwise, then sliced into 1/2 moons)
- 1/2 can baby corn (drained)
- 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (fresh, finely minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil (seriously - this stuff is strong)
- 1 tsp. sugar (or sweetener, splenda, more or less to taste)
