- 2 lb. ham (lean, julienne)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno chilies (seeded, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 1 floz rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 floz sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. chinese five-spice powder
- 2 floz peanut oil
- 6 oz. red bell pepper (thin julienne)
- 4 oz. green onions (small dice)
- 4 oz. leaves (wt bok choy, only)
- 4 oz. beansprouts

Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients into stainless steel mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix well by hand and refrigerate. Marinade up to one hour.
- 1. Place 1 fl oz peanut oil into large wok or frying pan.
