- 1/4 cup sherry (2oz, 60ml, optional)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (Maizena dissolved in 2 tbs water)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (argon or walnut oil)
- 1/2 cup basmati rice (3.3oz, 95gr)
