When my husband brought home Chinese sausage for no apparant reason, I looked to online salvation for a mode of preparation. I viewed many recipes and am glad i went with my simplistic gut instict on this one. The rice came out fabulous, yet understated...... enough to let the sausage take center stage. Less is more with such a vibrant meat ingredient, but the rice had enough flavor and depth to let you know it was a crucial player. Delish.
