- 12 oz. pork tenderloin (1/8 to 1/4 inch slices)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking wine (rice)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup beef stock
- 2 tsp. Argo Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced thin sliced thin)
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (sliced- use white portion for saute)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (sliced, sliced- use green part for garnish, optional)
- 12 oz. noodles (Ho Fun, cooked per instructions)
