- 2 tsp. cornflour (or cornstarch)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder (any type)
- 1/4 cup water (65 ml)
- 180 grams chicken breasts (thinly sliced, 6 oz)
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda (or baking soda, optional)
- 100 grams dried rice noodles (3.5 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup beansprouts
- coriander (finely chopped, or cilantro - Garnish highly recommended)

2018-06-29 excellent noodles. Peanut sauce is the best ever. Replaced curry powder with siracha. Added carrots, zucchini, cabbage and red pepper.
