    Amazing! Had a lot of umami with a nice heat at the back of your throat. We ate it all in one setting. Added a little honey and it gave it even more depth of flavor. Would be great with shrimp, chicken or beef. Yummmmm!

    Amazing, first time cooking tofu and the recipe was easy and straight forward. I scaled back on the pasta serving size because it was a bit much. Make sure to use a big pan (if you don’t possess a wok). Overall, this recipe was a game changer!

    This stir Fry was amazing. I made 8 servings and cut the tofu portion in half because I’m not crazy about tofu but I wish I would have put more. I cooked the tofu a long time to make it really crispy and cooked, and it tasty amazing mixed in. I also added in extra of each sauce. I will definitely be making this again and probably adding shredded carrots and bean sprouts. Probably the best stir fry I’ve made at home.
