- 1 pkg. mccormick brown gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. mccormick black pepper, coarse ground
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless sirloin steak (or flank, cut into thin strips)
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Directions
- Mix Gravy Mix, water and pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and gravy mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
