These were delicious! I substituted the coconut flour for whole wheat flour and the dough worked well! If you don’t use the wax paper to help you roll it though, it would be difficult. It’s tricky. I baked them a little longer than suggested because they looked raw. They turned out delicious but a little crumbly! Could be my fault. Definitely recommend!!!!

Going to try Larrys suggestion and stick them on a paper cup instead--or some other option besides attempting to roll them because the dough is 100% unworkable. Great taste though. Maybe refrigerate for a bit first?

What an amazing recipe. I would really love to make these but I don't eat eggs.
Any substitute for eggs??

These are great but need some work. I used maple syrup instead of honey. Added 1 tbs of sweetener to crust and filling. Used dried cranberries. Only used 2 tsps of cinnamon.I didn't see the dimensions for rolling out dough, so I rolled to 11 x 14. After cutting I put pieces in paper cups in cupcake pan. It took 5 mins extra cooking time. Good and brown. Crisp edges. I also made triple glaze. Glad I did. I dipped and dipped. Will make again. going to add more cranberries next time. 2Tbs of syrup for drizzle.
