- boiling water
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 200 grams firm tofu (drained and sliced in to ~1 cm / 0.5” slices)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses (can be subbed with tamarind paste or agave syrup mixed with lemon juice)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

- 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 125 grams purple cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1 cucumber (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 green onion (finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses (can be subbed with tamarind paste or agave syrup mixed with lemon juice)
