- 180 mL cream (double, heavy)
- 180 mL whole milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. cornflour (/cornstarch the flour-consistency type, not the grainy type)
- 3 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
