Came out a soggy hot mess!!
Bites looked ok BEFORE adding the sauce... once the sauce was added.. the coconut flour absorbed it and turned everything into mushy coconut paste... tried to cook longer to make them more crunchy, that made the cauliflower over-cooked and more soggy. Definitely NOT crunchy or crispy. No rescuing these bites...but the sauce tastes amazing!
Not a total waste.. as the dish is very palatable... just wasnt a typical dredge and coated vegetable. I may make these again, but using the sauce as a dip rather than a full coating!
